Alaska Photos of the Eagles!
What can I say... I think it speaks for it's self there!
This page WILL take a while to load. I left the resolution as high as
I could for the photos.
So, if you wish to see the photos of the eagles that I took - you will have
to have patience to see them all.

This little guy still has his down feathers - so he was
still learning how to fly.
..As it has been pointed out - it is thought that these
fella's are Cormorants ...
They where hanging out on the beach...
...and I was lucky to get the photos...before...
..they took to flight...
...but they were really fun to watch!!!
This water flow was just pretty, it was not an actual
falls... but just where the eagles were hanging out near, when I was
capturing photos.
They loved sitting in up on the cliff side.
..or up in the bushes..
I counted 70 up on the cliff side before I stopped
counting...
They watched me pretty closely.
This poor guy was still adding twigs to the nest.
If you look close - you will notice how small the
branches were that she was resting on.
Flying in Tandem!
IN COMING!!!! She said "NOT A CHANCE!"
Fine... I'll move on...
..and try again...
..and then settle on lower branches...

The young and the old - side by side in flight.
"...Move over BACON... now there is something
meatier!!!..."
(Did you notice how many are there??? 17 in
this photo alone!)
Landing gear is now, flaps up...
..okay, I lost count again...
He is a few years old, not quite all his adult
feathers.
I just loved this pose.
The young-un got a fish and is flying off with it,
while the rest are checking things out.
That really ruffles his feathers!

Even Eagles have Angle wings!
Yummy! Dinner!!
oops... not a chance young one... this adult has claim
on that fish!
Strutting over our fresh fish.
Three in a row - with the seagull giving our middle one
the angelic wings.

- but that is really how they looked - no photo editing
here!
